Flycatchers are some of my favorite birds. They so colorful and do not seem too shy of the camera.
This Couch's Kingbird was very active at the small pond located at the entrance to Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. I wish I could have achieved a lower angle shot, but these Couch's kingbirds were staying at the tops of the trees. November 2007.
