As the title suggests these are some different photographs of sparrows, finches and just a few swallows shot mainly around my home but a few are from out of town.
This male house finch had just finished battling with three other male house finches, presumably for territory or a female. I am not sure if he won. Midlothian, Texas, April 2008.
