As the title suggests these are some different photographs of sparrows, finches and just a few swallows shot mainly around my home but a few are from out of town.
I wish the angle were not as steep but at least the shot is clean. This savannah sparrow took some time to perch at the top of a juniper tree. It let me get about this close before giving its typical peeping sound and darting away. Midlothian, Texas, March 2008.
