Stephen > In one of the small ponds where a blind is located on the Weaver Ranch, I noticed this Rio Grande Leopard Frog as it came out of the water. I took this picture. Then I left the blind to try to get a closer picture. As soon as I was about half-way to the frog, it jumped. And when I mean it jumped, it flew away really. I was surprised at how far and how high it catapulted itself into the air and into the brush and high grasses. I never saw it again. Raymondville, Texas, June 2009
Stephen > Having a great time at Lake Travis in Central Texas, I spotted this Texas Spiny Lizard getting some sun on the rocks. Near Austin, Texas, June 2007
